Research and Development

Green Grown Products is sponsoring a 100-mile marathion in April 2007 for a clinical study. Some runners will be given our chia gel beverage during their training and before the marathon for the research program. The company expects great results since Native American Indians historically used Chia as a runner's food.

Shipping and Storage
Green Grown Products has worked with Black Brothers for as long as Green Grown Products has been in existence, since 1971. The 80,000 square foot warehouse is located in Vernon, California and houses all of our raw materials in a perfectly climate-controlled environment to protect and maintain their quality.

Market Information

Over the years, we have been known throughout the United States as the largest seller of chia seed and bee pollen in the world.

Our company is also a major supplier of bee propolis and royal jelly, selling to multilevel companies that are represented in 130 countries around the world and we have been supplying their needs for over 20 years.

Our Growers

We have always kept the purity of our products at the highest level because we constantly monitor quality. For example, years ago, we had an excellent source of bee pollen in Spain with the largest beekeepers there who would consolidate superior pollen for us. Then, in the late 1980s, Spain's bee hives were destroyed by "foul brood." Green Grown Products immediately set out to find another source and made certain the quality was perfect to satisfy our customers, which is always our first priority. It was at this time we expanded our business to China, which has remained our prime supplier for bee pollen. Green Grown Products worked diligently with them to increase their standards for certification and analysis that is necessary for us to put our name on a product.

Our growers for chia seed are located in Mexico, Chili, Argentina, Bolivia and Guatemala. Also, this summer we will have our first crop of organic chia seed, which will also be Kosher.
